Personal data processed when placing orders in our webshop
When you place an order through our webshop or by e-mail, we process the following data in addition to the technical data mentioned above:

Your orders are stored in our store system, as well as in our merchandise management and ERP systems. These systems are operated by the companies ecomDATA GmbH, AT-7400 Oberwart and Swiss21.org AG, CH-9050 Appenzell. As subcontracted processors, these companies are obliged to comply with appropriate guarantees for data protection and data security.
Your delivery address will be forwarded to our shipping service provider, Planzer KEP AG, CH-8953 Dietikon.
Data on your means of payment may, depending on the selected payment method, be passed on to our payment providers Stripe, TWINT or SumUp or recorded directly there.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest in providing our services in accordance with the contract.
Processed personal data when contacting us
If you contact us via our website or by e-mail, we process your contact data and other data relevant to the contract (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number).
For email communication, we use Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online and other related cloud services). As a subcontracted processor, Microsoft is obliged to comply with appropriate data protection and data security guarantees.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest in answering your inquiries in the best possible way, as well as providing our services in accordance with the contract and informing you about our products and services.
Processed personal data when using our newsletter
When registering for our newsletters, your name as well as your e-mail address will be stored in our newsletter system "Mailchimp", which is operated by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
By registering for the respective newsletters, you expressly agree that we can send you information and statistically evaluate the accesses.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can also unsubscribe at any time, e.g. by clicking on the link to unsubscribe from the newsletter, which you will find in every newsletter e-mail. If the consent is revoked, we will stop the corresponding data processing. Your data for the newsletter dispatch will be blocked after the newsletter receipt has ended.
