Delivery
Delivery is only available within Switzerland. Delivery is made by Planzer Paket. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and indicated in the shopping cart. The costs are CHF 10.00 / per individual package.
Pick-up at brewery
Packages can also be picked up by prior agreement in the brewery (Dorfstrasse 40, 5432 Neuenhof). Contact us beforehand.
Club packages
Club packages are sent at the beginning of each month. When you purchase a subscription, you will be informed about the delivery interval. Depending on the time when you cancel the subscription, the next delivery will be 1-2 weeks earlier or later. After that, deliveries will be made at the specified interval (monthly or quarterly), taking into account our normal shipping times.
Example:
- If you sign up for the quarterly subscription on May 14, the second delivery will be made at the beginning of August. After that, delivery will be at the usual quarterly rate.
- If you sign up for the quarterly subscription on May 16, the second delivery will take place at the beginning of September. Thereafter, delivery will be made at the usual quarterly frequency.
- If you sign up for the monthly subscription on May 14, the second delivery will be at the beginning of July. Thereafter, delivery will be made at the usual monthly frequency.
- If you sign up for the monthly subscription on May 28, the second delivery will also take place at the beginning of July. After that, delivery will take place at the usual monthly interval.
