GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual provisions for orders placed via our webshop with delivery in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad are unfortunately not possible. By submitting an online order, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.  

These terms and conditions may change at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order is always authoritative. The currently valid version is available online at www.chenvanloon/agb. 

PRICES
All prices are in Swiss Francs, incl. the legal value added tax. Shipping costs will be charged additionally. The prices can be changed at any time. The prices stated in the online store at the time of the order are decisive.

SHIPPING COSTS
CHF 10 shipping costs are charged per package. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT
In the case of payment by invoice, the invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date without discount. If payment is not made on time, a default interest of 5% will be charged. Reminder fees will be charged additionally with a lump sum of CHF 20. 

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery is made after receipt of the order to the specified address. If a product is not available, you will be informed by mail. The delivery is made with Planzer parcels. Delivery time is 7-10 working days ex brewery to your home to allow for any logistical issues. 

COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be made immediately after receipt of the delivery by e-mail. Defective or incorrect deliveries will be taken back or replaced without complaint.

RETURN POLICY
Orders placed in the online shop www.chenvanloon.ch are binding and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What can I do if my delivery does not meet my request?
Of course we want to avoid faulty deliveries. Therefore, we carefully inspect every single package for completeness and correctness of the ordered items before leaving our warehouse. Regrettably, in spite of all controls, in exceptional cases it can happen that a wrong beer ends up in your package, individual bottles are missing or a bottle is broken on the way.

If your delivery is affected, please contact us so we can find a solution together.

What can I do if a delivered beer is faulty?
It is very important to us that you are happy with our beers. However, as beer is a biological product, we can not exclude that individual bottles have faults.

If you have another reason why you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us.

PROTECTION OF MINORS
The offers in this webshop are only intended for use by customers who are at least 18 years old at the time of ordering. If this is not the case, the customer is in breach of these GTC and any laws and regulations. For our assurance, each customer must expressly confirm in a legally binding manner during the order process that he or she is of the required minimum age. 

DATA PROTECTION
All customer data will be treated confidentially and will only be used for business transactions and will not be forwarded or made available to third parties.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The invalidity of individual points of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.  

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision which comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of its economic effect. 

Errors in product descriptions and prices are reserved.

These GTC are subject to Swiss law.
