In Belgium, beer is as much a part of the cuisine as wine is in France. And so the list of ingredients in the beer reads like an exquisite recipe.

The spices fresh ginger, honey, coriander seeds and orange peel are used with finesse and flair. They provide the summer beer with a fine aroma and a kick of freshness, without any dominance, rather in quiet harmony.

Reminiscent of a sunset, the orange summer ale exudes an aroma of orange, honey and spicy notes. The hops used, Wai-iti, Cascade and Citra, support the bouquet with their fruity, spicy nuances.

The citrus-fresh first sip reveals a soft body with a pleasant sweetness of honey-caramel. A fleeting acidity lends the beer lightness.
