Be inspired by this refreshing, sparkling, light yellow beer with its creamy white head.

In the 15th century, brave sailors brought back coriander seeds and bitter oranges from distant lands. Clever monks used them to brew a refreshing wheat beer known as Wit beer.

We give Belgian Wit beer a modern interpretation and serve it chilled.

The nose-tickling aroma of citrus fruits, mango and kiwi plays around the sweet malt body, which is reminiscent of brioche. The fruity notes of hops and spices are harmoniously rounded off by the wine yeast we use.

The first taste is sparkling with a velvety-soft mouthfeel and a sweet orange note unfolds on the tongue. In the finish, this is accompanied by a subtle citrus tartness and leaves a refreshing feeling.

A beer as gentle and light as a calm summer morning.
