WINE
For our wines we use grapes from our own vineyard in Böttstein (AG) as far as possible. Since the takeover in 2005, the two selected grape varieties Gamaret and Scheurebe have been cultivated on 12 acres with a lot of passion and engagement. Out of consideration for the environment, the vineyard is cultivated according to integrated production (IP). We do not use herbicides and deliberately promote flower diversity, which serves as food for various insects.
With the aim of producing wines of the highest quality, we use modern technologies and methods both in the vineyard and in processing. Our small high-quality wine assortment currently consists of three varieties.
